Hi Friend !
In this episode, I debunks the myth that women always ovulate on day 14 of their cycle and discuss how ovulation can vary from woman to woman.
Understanding this variability is important when trying to conceive. Ovulation can occur at different times for different women and can vary month to month.
Factors such as cycle length and hormonal imbalances can affect ovulation. Tracking ovulation through methods like cervical mucus, basal body temperature shifts, and ovulation pain can be more reliable indicators than fixed cycle dates.
Stress can also disrupt hormonal balance and delay ovulation. Fertility issues can affect both partners, and it's important to use fertility apps as a guide rather than a guarantee.
Understanding ovulation is key for those trying to conceive.

This conversation is about the challenges of uncovering dyslexia and finding help, and how it relates to the struggles of pursuing the dream of motherhood. I share my personal experience of homeschooling her daughter and the difficulties they faced in teaching her to read. How we tried various curriculums and interventions before finally getting her evaluated and diagnosed with dyslexia and the importance of being proactive and setting clear goals when pursuing a dream. She also provides tips for improving sleep, seeking support, and understanding menstrual cycles in the context of fertility.
Uncovering dyslexia can be a challenging and frustrating process, but with the right interventions and accommodations, children with dyslexia can thrive. When pursuing a dream, it's important to be proactive and set clear goals to turn the vision into reality.Improving sleep habits and seeking support can have a positive impact on fertility and overall well-being.Understanding and tracking menstrual cycles can provide valuable insights into reproductive health. It's important to remember that everyone's journey to motherhood is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
