Fertile Window Lab with Arianna | Menstrual Cycle Phases, Ovulation, Period Tracking, Hormone Imbalance

TIRED OF DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT AND STILL NOT GETTING PREGNANT?

Hi, I’m Arianna, wife, mom, and FertilityCare practitioner.

This podcast is for the woman who feels confused by her cycle, exhausted by the monthly rollercoaster of hope and heartbreak, and quietly wondering if something might be wrong with her body, even though no one has real answers.

I know that feeling personally.
I tracked everything, chased quick fixes, and was handed prescriptions instead of explanations. The more I tried, the more confusing it all became, and I kept wondering what I was missing.

Everything changed when I discovered a fertility care system that gave me real clarity. I finally understood my cycle and got the root-cause answers I’d been searching for in all the wrong places.

Now, I guide women through a clear, at-home fertility system that helps you truly understand your cycle, identify your fertile window, and make practical lifestyle changes that actually support conception, whether you’re hoping for your first baby or a long-awaited rainbow.

🌱 Understand your cycle with confidence
🌱 Know your fertile window without guesswork
🌱 Have a plan that actually works
🌱 Rebuild trust in your body
🌱 Bring hope back into your fertility journey

If you’re ready to get answers, trust your body, and move toward your dream of holding your baby, you’re in the right place.

This podcast is for the woman who dares to dream, keeps going when hope feels fragile, and refuses to give up on the baby or rainbow she longs for.

So kick off your socks, lie back, and get ready for those pink lines. 🤍

Hey Friend!
In this episode, host Arianna Banuelos dives into the critical challenges women often face when navigating fertility care. She sheds light on how standard OB-GYN appointments may overlook key fertility concerns and why routine exams often fall short of giving a full picture. Arianna emphasizes the importance of requesting deeper diagnostic tests, such as hormonal panels and thyroid assessments, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your fertility health.
A significant part of the discussion centers on the AMH test and its often misunderstood role in fertility evaluations. Arianna clarifies that low AMH levels don’t necessarily equate to infertility and encourages women to look at their overall health rather than fixating on a single test result. She offers practical advice on how to advocate for yourself in medical settings and track your cycle to better engage in meaningful conversations with your healthcare providers.

Key Takeaways:
1. Women often feel overlooked in standard OB-GYN care regarding fertility.2. Routine exams may not be enough to adequately assess fertility issues.3. It’s crucial to ask for more comprehensive diagnostic tests beyond the basics.4. Hormonal panels and thyroid tests are essential for a full fertility evaluation.5. The AMH test is often misunderstood, and low levels don’t necessarily mean infertility.6. Comprehensive assessments are vital for accurate fertility insights.7. Self-advocacy plays a key role in navigating fertility challenges.8. Tracking your cycle can be an empowering tool to discuss fertility with your doctor.9. Women should feel confident and empowered to seek thorough care for their fertility.

Hi Friend !

In this episode, I debunks the myth that women always ovulate on day 14 of their cycle and discuss how ovulation can vary from woman to woman.
Understanding this variability is important when trying to conceive. Ovulation can occur at different times for different women and can vary month to month.
Factors such as cycle length and hormonal imbalances can affect ovulation. Tracking ovulation through methods like cervical mucus, basal body temperature shifts, and ovulation pain can be more reliable indicators than fixed cycle dates.

Stress can also disrupt hormonal balance and delay ovulation. Fertility issues can affect both partners, and it's important to use fertility apps as a guide rather than a guarantee.

Understanding ovulation is key for those trying to conceive.
